Trap Line for sale.
 
This line has not bin trapped for at least 5 yrs. It is located in 510 near Flat Bush. The cabin is about 1000 sq ft. The cabin is made of logs and is in good shape. New floor in it 2 yrs ago. Need a new roof. Ie shingles or tin. It has a road to the cabin door year round. Lots of moose, bears and some deer. 1 town ship in size.$75,000 willing to finance ie $50,000 down the rest in 2 payments over 2 yrs. Please call for info 780-203-3674 Bill

1000 sq feet cabin. The cabin policy states 24X24 and that's 576 sq ft. Is this a hunting retreat or a trappers cabin? I didn't know you can trap moose, bear and deer.

The guidelines READ- "should not be more than"-- that is just what it says- guidelines are not rules.. That is why there is the problem. At the ATA in GP, several years ago, The Executive stated at the AGM that those cabins having already been constructed, would be GRANDFATHERED. Makes me wonder if the minutes are available.....

What Doug said.....I was on the ATA exec. back then.Guidelines only.
