South Buck Algae bloom

Anybody fished South Buck lately if so how was the algae bloom? Went out about a month ago and the lake was like pea soup. Just wondering if it has cleared up any?

not getting any better was there on weds, algae was not all clumped together but big green clouds in prop wash, lots of fish no walleye over 50 cm though.

According to Alberta Health Services website there is not a blue green algae advisory for south buck.

Hey fish99, yes there's lots of algae but at 13 fow the bottom 12 to 15 inches is fairly clear and YES there are keepers, get ours every time we go out, though it can be a bit of a struggle :) If anyone wants more info u can pm me I will be home this weekend.
