I am heading back to Red Deer tomorrow for my week off and I would like to get out fishing! The weather hasn't been cooperating every other time I had days off. Let me know if anyone is heading out, doesnt matter what kind of fishing I'm game.

If this isn't a dead thread, I'd quickly like to say I'm a new outdoorsmen to the edmonton area. I'm a fishing and hunting guide from NW Ontario and moved out here for work. Was wondering if anyone interested to go out to spray on Thursday this week I live down by okotoks and if anyone wants to go out I have everything we need. auger and hut if u want to head out and catch a bunch of lake trout give me a msg back and we will talk.

Hitting Spray on Monday. Departing SW Calgary at 6:30, returning by 3. I fish on the ice (no shelter), but have a gas auger. If you want to come with, I have room for 1.

Anyone made it to battle lake? If so, how was fishing, where did you fish? I was there on Dec 20 accessed from provincial park area, 50 yards froms shore, not much action at all.
