Just want to tell everyone I found some parkers minnows at wholesale sports. I stocked up. :sHa_shakeshout:

i bought a tub or two every time i hit TFH this winter....i have about 25 tubs right now :)

I bought a case of 24 at the beginning of the season last year. You can't beat Parker's.

I would by 20 cases when I was guiding, they are the only ones that don't squish when on frozen.......

i was at wss north on friday and they were out. told me that untill lake manitoba thaws they can't get any in. i do prefer parkers.

A great tip for "mushy minnows" is to drain them when they thaw and add a couple of table spoons of coarse pickling salt. It toughens them right up and makes them a bit leathery and stay on the hook whether its hot or cold weather. Had an old fellow show me this trick long ago.
