Google Earth WMUs
Hello,
I have converted the boundaries of the WMUs in Alberta so they can be seen in Google Earth. I was hoping to have the list a bit more organized than it is, but I figured I should just share this as I don't know when I will have time to pretty it up. https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B0A...thkey=CNC-9sUL I am also working on creating a base map for Garmin units. I hate the idea of having to pay $150 for backroad maps to have public data. Any how when I have it complete I will post it here as well. Let me know if there are any errors or additional details that may need to be added. Cheers, Chris |

I used a boundary .shp file from the Gov of AB and converted it to a .kml. Then went through and labeled all the zones manually in GE. |
Nice Work. Nice Work Indeed!
Much appreciated:sHa_shakeshout: |
Thanks for sharing first,
I found two WMU 429 and one of them should be WMU 428. Cheers |
