We do a yearly trip up there, white swan is awsome, but also try preimer lake and rock lake, only thing is that there might not be too much ice we do end of jan and usally around 6in of ice...but fishing is awsome.....

I would assume its because of the ice thickness (like Iv said in my other post in feb its only 6in thick..)..Yes its BC but the warm part of bc...

awesome beeguy i should have looked in my bc regs.makes sense real nice to fish there in the winter,,warm.. no towing i can understand that as off 2 years ago i drove my truck in there and was pretty hairy.. this time around i will make sure i bring lots off prawns,,ran out pretty fast.

i miss that area ,helped build 7 custom homes around there, awesome place spent 3 years in fairmont and only fished white swan what a fool i was.....too excited to come home to cowtown on weekends instead off staying and fish:snapoutofit:
