Does anyone know what kind of reel this is? Been trying different variations of the name but nothing pops up on google.

These where made by the Dragonfly Distributors, Korean made and sold in Canadian Tire etc. about 1960. Not really worth a lot but an interesting collectable.

says made in England? looks like a lot of older reels I've seen.

Thx Lornce. Friend of mine is out in bc, she spotted that in some garage sale. Would have been a nest wall hanger if cleaned up but they wanted over $100 for it. Not worth it really.

You where right for backing away, not worth much, in fishing collectables stuff items that where high end and worth a lot in the past is now desirable, the lesser priced not so much. Its like Bamboo rods, people find grandpa's rod in the attic and think its worth a fortune. Often they are tomato stakes.
