opening day, for me anyways
 

I didnt feel like getting stuck in the mud so I waited for the sunshine today. Im glad I did :sHa_shakeshout: My first walleye of the season set the bar high but this is walter country so Im not worried about beating it. 31 inches and heavy as a pig. got a second a lot smaller but that one went back in. Lots of big suckers biting one after another. I also managed to drag out my first and second dino of the year, neither broke 3 feet but close, now its time to upsize!:shark:

It's great start for the season Wayne. The walleyes looks healthy. Good size dinos too. All the best for the rest of the season

Nice start of the season! How was water level?

its about normal level, pre-runnoff. it dropped 5 or 6 inches while I was fishing so most of the rain may have gone through . has to come up 4 or 5 feet for the spawn though so hoping we get lots of runoff.
