I've shot all those guns, some not too much, others a bit.
The one that stood out for me as far as price and recoil, and reliability , is the Browning maxus.
The Extrema 2 is a good gun as well, but for the lightest weight and lightest recoil of all of them , the Benneli Super sporting is the gun, for sure!
The price tag is quite a bit more than the Maxus, and I'm not sure if you can get it in a 3.5" however.
I shot the berreta, and loaned it to a few people who liked it, and the price is a bit better as well.
