While the mayor's letter does not provide us with much detail, at least it confirms what I had heard "third hand".
This happened in 2010 and it turned out the bullet was not from our range, and again last year - same result (not many know about that last incident) however, I am concerned that we already have a meeting planned for the 23rd. Hopefully it won't be needed.
