Apparrently all of the hydrocarbons burned, models and buildings built and destroyed, chemicals consumed in special effects explosions and plastics tied up in DVD and VHS copies of his films (and in their distribution) are somehow not excessive consumption, but he's free to be some kind of morally superior expert witness on our oil sands. Don't stub your toe on that private jet door as you leave the latest environmental convention!
