I have proof and have been witness to "indescretions" from our "colonial friends"
Saved this walleye last year at a Southern Lake with another member here....this was destined to join another illegal walleye and 2 undersized pike in the back of a Gator untill we released it for our "colonial friend".
As an added game guess the weight
