ah. that woody,nutty flavor . my mouth is watering . if you never tried morels you're missing out. ( no matter how they look ) . found some on the forestry trunk road west of sundre . don't get out as often as i'd like . true they only last a few weeks in the spring. you can find them dried in some grocery stores @ $16.00 an ounce. lucrative buisness in southern B.C. for a few weeks. just google morels and follow the numerous links.
