The problem is probably a third of them dont move over even when done passing. So you move up a little closer, ride the rumble strip a bit etc...give them every chance to see you and adjust accordingly and they still hold their ground.

Yea. some people are complete idiots. I try to drive with some form of respect for everyone. The just of what I was trying to say, is if someone disrespects me by tailgating me, I'm going to slow them down a bit.
