Why should you get a refund? You were under the impression barbed hooks were illegal and chose not to debard them. Whether it was legal or not you thought it was illegal and did it anyways. No refunds should be given.

Also, Last February i believe it was still illegal to use Barbs, Only from March 31st would it have been legal.
