the way i put them on, instead of tying directly onto the hook, leave the cone seperate. Thread the leader through the hole of the cone, and tie a clinch knot to the eye of the hook, then slide the cone back down, over top of the knot! Gives a bugger or streamer great wobble! Its saved a skunking up on maligne a couple times.
