I agree with River Runner. No matter where you are it can happen. Just cause Alberta doesn't have mandatory orange doesn't mean that accidents are higher here. They happen everywhere. I remember when I was a kid and we were deer hunting and after lunch we went into town to get some supplies and at the gas station was an ambulance. We found out a few days later that a guy was shot by his brother. It is proven though that most accidents happen with hunters with 5yrs of hunting experience or less. This guy near Hinton may the 1st this year...won't be the last. Just be careful out there.
