From what I have been told by those in the industry is that ESSO gas in the Calgary area does not contain ethanol. It is only blended at their Edmonton terminal for distribution in the area. That being said to make the 5% as reqd by gov't the Edmonton area gets a higher percentage blend to comepensate.
