Quite frankly, I'm leaning towards trying the Hercules Terra Trac A/T LT265/75R16/E 123/120Q for $219/tire. From what I've read they are quiet and have much better than average ice traction - apparently they are made by Cooper tires.
Ronbill you have to catch when there on sale at canadian tire usually every few weeks. i paid 230 tire for 275/70/r18 and the 16 inch rims where around 216 a tire if your not in a hurry for tires i would keep an eye out on there web site. and the general grabblers that a few guys said they liked where on sale for cheaper at canadian tire to.
