I think it’s a personal preference thing,full,half or empty. From what I understand the full tank theory was back in the days with metal tanks,now a days most are plastic and condensation is less of an issue. I also have an inboard tank and running 4strk outboard.I treated my fuel on the last outing with some Seafoam (Napa has it) making sure it is thoroughly mixed and distributed through out the fuel system, have been doing this for the past several years without any issues, tank is about 1/3 full.
