Which ones was he convicted of, 170 charges does not mean a lot if the charges don't stick. For this guy to still be in business they must not of been too serious. I guess it doesn't really matter sounds like this guy works the edges of the laws to his advantage. Its too bad because all outfitters end up painted with the same brush.
