I've been wanting to try this. But I'd have to actually see and taste it, to see if it's worth all the gear and time/effort. The few pictures I've seen of the finished product doesn't seem too appealing. Haven't tasted it though.

Our oven is broken, so we've been baking everything in our BBQ. Roasts, Ham, Banana Bread, Wings, Deserts, etc. We did the Turkey last night in it. It was So moist it was dripping. Tasted awesome:
