Had a quick look through the regs and couldn't find it. Fish Cr. is pictured in the special portion map for the Bow, but it doesn't mention anything about tribs. in that portion of the bow.

scoured the regs, Fish Creek is not listed under it's name, nor as a tributary of the bow. Therefore "Nov 1 to June 15-CLOSED"
