replicas look like toys. none of the fish replicas ive ever seen have looked like their living counterparts...you would think they could be bothered to match up a spot pattern on a brown trout...or at least get the air brushing to match the colors of a big fall walleye....but I have yet to see it...I hope that changes down the road because I like the idea of replicas.
I don't personally have any fish on the wall. I enjoy releasing the big ones and I have no use for a 1200 dollar plastic fish that looks nothing like the one I caught.

I have a 12lb Walleye replica on my wall and it looks fantastic, it also didn't cost close to $1,200. It is beyond me as to how/why someone would keep a 12lb 'eye just to put on their wall. Too special of a fish, in my opinion.
