I agree with Dale.

I have a copy of the Berger data and have compared it to the Hodgdon data for the Hdy BTSP.
Berger - 190 Berger #30414 w IMR 4064 start = 37.5gr max = 41.0gr
Hodgdon - 190 Hdy BTSP w IMR 4064 start = 39.4gr max = 43.7Cgr

IMHE my rifle really groups well just under Hodgdon max but well over Berger max, no signs of over pressure, YMMV.

After comparing several Hodgdon loads with similar Berger suggestions, ISTM that the Berger loads are consistently well under the similar Hodgdon loads. This may be due to lawyers or Bergers loaded much closer to the lands.

Start low and work up carefully, and keep very good records.
