I couldn't make this up if I tried. Whatever dudes. I tried to look up a water plant west of Innisfail today but couldn't find it. Anyone....can you find "water treatment plant Red Deer River", (as I remember) ...maybe sewage...some sort of tanks with water in it west of Innisfail. About 1986 or 1987. Had to be South side of river. Whatever. I caught the Provincial Record and released him.
