Besides as wise words above Also pends on rest...back in the day of the old springy or flipper rests arrows were cut at min 1" in front of riser...with full containment rests..one can cut arrows mid riser short and best flying long....I use an Ugly Cookie [WB] 28" draw- 28" arrow..was my sweetspot on length...
