Be sure to use a snubber in front of your wedding band for the Kokanee, and reel them in slow so that you don't tear the hook out of their mouth.
If you are going for stocked trout, try the Berkley Powerbait in Chartreuse or Hatchery Pellet flavors/colors. The Berkley trout nibbles work great as well.
