I would look at the internals better to verify that, the actuator is still the weak link and works the same using key or key pad. If you eliminate the actuator somehow and could still lock it you'd be safe. A reversed magnet with resisting side applied to the inner portion of the door would be enough to block even the strongest of magnets. Drill and tap a bracket to cradle the magnet would be sufficient. All of which is a waste of time for a career criminal
