I agree that there are a few firearms that wouldn't be sold unless the price for it was so extreme that a person would just have to say yes. These are the 4th generation firearms that will just get passed on down the line. It was much easier to sell my father's firearms then to part with one of my own. I have only bought one firearm that didn't serve a purpose, and I only bought it because it was included with something I did want, but I could still make use out of it. It seems a lot of folks out there have no idea any more about heirlooms, even if they aren't worth much, they are still a part of your heritage.
