The complete lack of communication is what is astounding. I live in the area. I have family and friends that have been directly impacted and too a man the one thing they lack is communication. Any information that is getting out is from leaks. People can't prepare for what is coming or not coming. People can't even be told if they still have a home or not.
In this day and age I can't wrap my head around that.
