This type of crack is very easy to fix and it will hold forever as there is little tension in that area. If you prefer not to a used SKS stock can easily be had for $30, the forearm parts about $10. CGN has at least 3 on there at any given time.
I would buy another SKS for a parts gun before I paid big money for what some of the aftermarket guys want price wise.
