Looks like a shark in the water so far as I can guess but there is of course the possibility they're entirely legit thus my avoidance of naming names. If they are legit then of course they will be fine with a bit of scrutiny and people asking for various types of proof of posession because people have to be precautious. Heck, many of you might travel to their neck of the woods with business or have friends or relatives out there willing to run the errand to meet up if it's something you just gotta have.
