I graduated from a tent to a tent trailer several years ago. Went with a Jayco 806. I believe it was the smallest model at the time. Sleeps six, but would be more comfortable with four (usually only two of us in it). Easy to pull behind my Tacoma. Thinking of upgrading to a small travel trailer, because Mrs. C wants the availability of a shower. The downside to upgrading is the cost of the ferry to get off the island Overall the tent trailer has been a great investment - just wish I could get more use out of than I currently do.
