I have read about white tail biology since the early 60’s and never read anywhere that the Virginia white tail was ever found this far west or north!

Yes seriously.......there is a light coloured whitetail (Virginia) and the dark ones (South Dakota whitetails). An adult whitetail on average weighs 160 pounds where as a Coues Whitetail weighs on average 100-115 pounds. Mine would’ve been not much over 100 pounds.
