That's another pile of BS from DFO, they won't give any details till April like last year I'm almost certain!
By the sounds of it you'll still have a blast up there, it's not all about keeping, as long as you can put some fish in the freezer and eat it once or twice a week for the year that's enough, like I tell my guests if you're not going to eat it let er swim!
