UN is a cesspool of corruption
This is the UN's latest scam to generate more funds to distribute internally: this time they are leveraging first world guilt. They will target countries with "Progressive" leaders and/or an unusually high percentage of useful idiots within the population.
The UN is at least 40 years beyond its "Best Before" date.
