Yes, but behavior often gets misinterpreted and some people worry way too much about a dog showing completely normal dog behavior, often because they don't know the behavior or it doesn't fit their expectation of how a dog should behave.

Keep it busy! If you think a lack of physical playtime is an issue, keep it mentally working out. Teach it a few tricks (simple things like shake, high five etc), play hide and seek, let it find hidden objects, there are quite a few things to keep your dog from going nuts. 15-30 minutes helps already if we can't go out due to the cold.
