No limits on suckers as they are not considered a gamefish. Lots of people do eat them, but as I understand it they are quite boney. Some people like to can them like tuna and through that process the bones are softened and can be consumed. Not tried this myself yet, but its on the list of things to do one day! I hear they can be quite good.
