Been a while since I posted this, and I'm not really active here anymore, so I suppose I should post an update-
I'm at a different shop now, and we don't really have the time or available machines for personal stuff on the CNCs. I can play around on the manual machines, but we don't have what I'd need for helical milling on the manual mill. So unfortunately I'm not able to do any more bolt fluting. Sorry about that. It was good while it lasted though!
