You need to do some research on what rules and laws are in place. We are not on lockdown we are under social/physical distancing
Now if you wish to stay home you are within your legal right. If someone wants to go out and remain within social/physical distancing laws which means stay 2m or more away from anyone that is not from your household they are also within their legal rights
You clearly need to look into the social/physical distancing laws and stop yelling at others to stay home
