I started the slow 50 yard walk over to their tent. About 20 yards away I hear, “It’s big Kate” I zip open the door to peak in and Mat is holding the giant head in the 10” hole.
He pulled it out and got a quick pic on the board and then back into the water while Kate left the tent and I got the camera ready. 6 or so quick pics and back into the water she went. One soft kick and back to the depths she went.
Was awesome to be a part of for sure.

ya I got the text big big....then all went silent...we were in French bay reeling in our 3rd fish and Mat stopped all comms….hmmm...I am currently tracking that fish for the tournament.
