I will definitely do that again. It was tender, has a bit of flavour like minty pine (not sure how else to describe it

That *****ly ***** tastes like pine because he ate all the bark off of my pine trees. (And a couple spruce, an apple, and a few cherry trees)
There is a strict "shoot on sight" order for porcupines around here.
