It's a
Freedom Tackle Minnow Spoon most likely, and it's a must have in your tackle box IMO. It's about the only flutter spoon that darts out to the side more on the lift than the fall. Just like the newly-released Dinner Bells, it's something the fish haven't seen. And it's unique action is killer on neutral to active fish during the daytime.
