A few years ago we fought hard, and won, to get AFGA to change the raffle rules so that the "rich guys" couldn't buy up all the raffle tickets on day 1, and let the "regular people" at least have a chance. Now, with these new licenses, they're not even going to bother with the raffle. Brutal.
