Did the moose and Pronghorn tag come out of the Outfitter Allocation?
If not, APOS has no business managing these licenses.
The Turkey license obviously did not.
Get APOS the heck out of selling RESIDENT ALLOCATIONS!
I've never seen a delegated authority be so secretive in hiding who their executive are.
This purposeful hiding in the closet tells us that APOS has decided to cover their tracks by walking in the dark.
