You want to use 3d target repair foam. Self healing and holds up to the abuse from arrows. Conventional spray foam will not last long. I found a supplier in Edmonton that sells this foam and lots of people have had success with it. (Check it out on YouTube). I will be trying it during the winter/off season. The stuff our club currently got was out of the states. Took forever to get and super expensive.
