Mongolian beaver cubes
Remove all fat from 3lbs of beaver meat.
Cut into 1"cubes.
Put it in a large frying pan with 4 tablespoons of oil or Tenderflake lard
Brown for 5 minutes. Turn down heat to low.
Pour in a bottle of Mongolian bbq sauce.
Let it sit covered for 10 minutes. Eat
