Understood, what I hadn't seen before was the speaker of the house stare-down an MP and demand an apology. May have happened before, but I haven't seen it.
Regardless, he's like a bad referee @ an NHL game. Not always obvious at first, but some just HAPPEN to see more bad behaviour with a given team because they're watching them closer than their preferred team.
