There are still birds around, but only Canada's and ducks. And they're concentrated on what little water is open, but spread out heavily for feeding. If you see 100 Canada's in a field, that's a lot.
Ducks are in huge flocks now.
I would say that migratory birds will be pretty much gone central Alberta in a week.
